Happiness Guarantee

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of receipt of the item.

It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchase on sale
  • Gift cards

Submit a return request

To complete your return, please head to this page, to log in and complete your returns request. 

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you receive an email with shipping instructions. You will be responsible for sending the item and paying for the returns shipping. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may, at our discretion, choose to offer only a partial refund. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you simply change your mind about your order after ordering and wish to cancel, this can only be done if the item has not shipped yet. 

Please note, due to camera, light and your computer screen factors, item colour on product images may not look 100% exactly the same as the real product. We do try in every regard to make our photos look exactly alike to the actual product where possible. 

Refund & Exchanges

Please note that we do not refund if choose the wrong colour/size etc (though if you change your mind, we'll do what we can to make it right). 

If you have chosen the wrong size you may be eligible for an exchange. All costs associated in making the exchange, including shipping and handling will be paid by the customer.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or incorrect orders outside of the 14 day window.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that they have done all the due diligence in selecting the correct item for themselves.

This goes for all items sold on Fight Gear Direct. Please choose carefully.

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival we will do our best to make it right, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue and we will work to resolve it for you.

I don't see my refund yet?

If you've received a notification that we have refunded you, but you don't see the money yet, here's what to do:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reach you.  Once we've notified you, we will have done what we need to on our side, and the rest is up to the bank or credit card company (in some cases it may take a little longer, depending on your bank / credit card company.
  • If this time has passed and you haven't received your refund, first step is to please check your bank account one more time.
  • Still no good?  Best to contact your credit card company to see where the refund is.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. We do not exchange items if you chose the wrong colour, style etc.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It can take up to 2 weeks to process an exchange or return item that has been sent back to us.
