Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means we've received your order and will begin working on it. 

Order Shipment:

For all products please allow a handling time of 1-3 days before being dispatched.

Shipping usually only takes around 4-5 days depending on your location. 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive - if you notice any damage you should make note of it immediately when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it (as we aim to ship all items as quickly as possible).  We are unable to cancel orders if 24 hours have passed (but we'll still do what we can to help you out). If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. All returns must be shipped directly to our warehouse by the customer at customer's expense. Contact us for return shipping instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping cost will be payed by buyer. We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
